Job summary

The Shops At La Cantera Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to be on-site in San Antonio, TX. You will greet guests, answer questions, operate the POS, and help keep the store inviting and organized to deliver Buckle’s shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with displays, processing transactions, learning current promotions, and following Buckle’s ethics and policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Operate the POS software to complete Guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Fulfill duties with high Guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
