Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new Round Rock store and is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help deliver a great guest experience through friendly service, accurate register work, and merchandising support.

You will greet guests, handle transactions with POS, stay informed on promotions, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with displays while upholding Buckle policies. No prior experience required; part-time shifts with holiday coverage offered and benefits provided.

Qualifications

No prior experience or training may be required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
Greet Guests and answer questions about store/products.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and assist with questions about store and merchandise.
Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment policies, and security practices.
Monitor security risks and prevent theft.
Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays up to 10 feet high.
Keep the store clean, organized and guest-ready.
Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
Support special projects as assigned.
