Buckle in San Marcos, TX is seeking a friendly, part-time Store Support Teammate to help deliver the store’s mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role focuses on guest service, basic sales support, and keeping the store welcoming and organized.

You will greet Guests, assist with transactions using the POS system, stay informed about current promotions, security practices, and store policies, and support merchandising tasks and displays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays up to heights of ten feet, fixtures and shelving, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies and procedures.
• Fulfill the mission statement by delivering high levels of Guest service and supporting the team.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
