Job summary

Brooks Brothers in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and ensure a visually appealing store. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and act as a role model for the team.

This role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, prior supervisory experience in apparel, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. The position reports to the Store Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience in apparel is preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
Flexible availability to meet business needs (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
