Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind; partner with store manager for escalations.
• Participate in training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and policies.
• Coach and set performance expectations with store management; deliver formal feedback.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations (shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) following store policy.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of management and support flexible business strategies to meet goals.
