Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and leading the team.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of store staff.
• Ensure flawless store visual presentation per corporate direction.
• Manage inventory receiving, transfers, price changes, and markdowns.
• Coach and develop associates to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with Home Office on events and local community engagement.
