Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Landrum, SC. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution, service quality, and loyalty. You will lead when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing procedures, and reinforce CVS customer service culture.

The position emphasizes supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and maintaining stock. A high school diploma is preferred, with a typical 20 weekly hours.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure accurate merchandising and stock levels.
