Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Charleston, SC. You will support the store management team, lead staff when managers are away, and ensure smooth operations with opening and closing procedures.

You’ll focus on customer service, supervise crew, handle inquiries, and help maintain merchandise presentation. This role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with full attention to safety and quality norms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves and merchandise displays according to planograms.
