Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Avon, CT is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

In the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, you will lead store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, manage merchandising and price adjustments, and maintain confidentiality of customer information. This role offers 25 hours per week and a compensation range shown below.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise staff by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management.
• Assist customers, resolve problems, and promote CVS customer service culture.
