You will assist with opening/closing, payroll and scheduling, inventory, and training store associates to maintain high standards and a positive work environment. The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
