Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Santa Rosa, CA to support store management and ensure smooth operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee price tagging, stocking, and display maintenance.

The role requires strong communication and supervision abilities, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to support store execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays, sign and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
