CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Sacramento to support store management, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the team, monitor opening and closing procedures, and help maintain store standards.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions, stock shelves, price merchandise, and execute displays following planograms.

Qualifikationen

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervision experience preferred.
