Job summary

You will help with merchandise movement, opening and closing procedures, scheduling, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies. Strong communication and physical stamina are required; prior retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
