Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, merchandising, and effective communication with management and crews.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and store execution.
• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew and direct activities with effective communication.
• Assist customers and address questions, problems and complaints, promoting service culture.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues on customer service.
• Maintain stock and merchandising, including pricing and displays.
