Reformation in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Temporary Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory control and merchandising. This part-time role requires at least 20 hours per week and a minimum of 3 days, including weekends, with flexible days and hours.

You will help maintain in-store processes, process inbound shipments, assist with markdowns, organize back-of-house, and ensure brand standards are reflected in displays and customer fittings.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Aufgaben

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory related tasks with attention to detail, including inbound/outbound store transfers and omni-channel order processing.
• Complete shipment processing - receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging and organizing in back of house.
• Support markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets for maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Organize store supplies and ensure back of house reflects brand standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
• Support customer purchases aligning with brand standards: folding and bagging products.
• Replenish the sales floor to meet brand standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising as new products arrive and when products are sold out.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins when directed.
• Support loss prevention and uphold time/attendance policy.
• Contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
