Job summary

Reformation in Seattle is seeking an Operations Associate (Temporary, Part Time) to support daily store operations and inventory processes. You will help maintain organized store environments, assist with shipments, markdowns, and back-of-house tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced, creative service setting, the ability to work at least 20 hours per week across at least 3 days (including weekends), and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a retail or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Support store goals by coordinating daily operational efforts.
• Maintain seamless store procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Track and process inbound inventory shipments.
• Handle inbound/outbound transfers and omni-channel orders.
• Process shipments: receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging, and organizing.
• Assist with markdowns when applicable.
• Support visual merchandising and product displays.
• Contribute to loss prevention and uphold attendance policies.
