Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate for South Coast Plaza to support daily store operations and inventory control. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least 3 days per week.

You will help maintain brand standards, assist with shipments, and ensure a positive customer experience. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently,

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track and process inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory related tasks with attention to detail.
