Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, coordinating activities, assisting customers, and maintaining product displays with a focus on quality and store standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervisory abilities are expected.
• Flexibility to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and ensure merchandising standards.
