Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock from hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Support the sales team with stock retrieval for omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain a tidy back of house aligned with Retail Operations standards.
• Perform quality control on products and report issues to store leadership.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and raise issues through the appropriate channel.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks including calls, customer service liaison, orders, and event support.
