Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a PT Merchandising Manager in Hartsdale, NY to drive merchandising execution, pricing integrity, and store readiness. You will manage truck processing, planograms, in-store presentation, and inventory routines to ensure accurate stock and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, coaching staff, Ship from Store operations, RTV/ASN processing, and supporting asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store operations and enforce SOPs.
• Experience with planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and inventory integrity.
• Execute price changes on time and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes with accuracy.
• Train, coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
