Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and safety.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment, and planogram execution.
• Oversee price changes, promotional signage, and visual standards.
• Support Ship-from-Store processes and RTV/ASN procedures.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and training.
