Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations.
• Proven ability to generate business and close leads.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell storage units by converting inquiries into rentals.
• Lead facility tours to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
• Perform daily inspections for premium presentation.
• Execute marketing plans and community outreach.
• Mentor and train assistants and staff.
