Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Folcroft, PA to drive storage rentals and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead tours, maintain a clean site, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills a must.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operations.
• Sales/marketing experience with proven lead generation and closing ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes.
• High School diploma/GED; college education a plus.
• Stand for several hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background screening.
• Previous storage management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.
• Elevate customer experience with facility tours and demos.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans per guidelines.
• Establish presence in local associations and community events.
• Participate in sales training and industry events.
• Mentor assistant managers with sales skills.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
