Yankee Candle - 2nd Assistant Store Manager - Pleasant Prairie, WI is a part-time, onsite leadership role supporting the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales. You will help lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure store operations meet company standards.

You will contribute to onboarding, development, and engagement, while upholding Newell Brands values and policies in a fragrance-filled environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
