Qualifications

• High School completion or GED is required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).

• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in building a high-performing team aligned with Newell Brand Values.
• Contribute to onboarding and development of team members; coaching and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Support store operations including planograms, merchandising, and safety compliance.
• Assist in analyzing the business to create action plans and improve KPIs.
