• Proficient with POS systems for transactions and cash handling.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–75 lbs.
• Strong math skills for inventory and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through upselling and promotions.
• Train and guide customers on piercings and aftercare.
• Create engaging store displays and tidy inventory.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and coaching.
