Job summary

Claire's is seeking a Part-Time Manager to drive sales, lead a fast-paced team, and create an engaging in-store experience. You’ll train associates, execute promotions, and ensure excellent service that reflects the Claire's brand.

In this role, you’ll maintain compelling visual displays, manage inventory and cash handling, and stay in tune with fashion trends to help customers find their perfect accessories.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience and goal-driven sales mindset.
• Ability to operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Completed some high school; at least 1 year in retail management.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 35 kg.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promotions.
• Assist piercing Experts training and customer guidance.
• Maintain attractive, organized store displays.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation.
• Represent the brand and stay current with fashion trends.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Encourage customers to share purchases on social media.
