Job summary

Claire's is seeking a Part-Time Manager to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, promote promos, and help maintain an engaging store atmosphere. Training in piercing will be provided to become a trusted guide for customers.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, leadership or sales-driving responsibility, and a passion for fashion. This role requires energy, organization, and a willingness to lead by example in a collaborative team

Qualifications

Minimum one year in retail, with leadership or sales drive.
Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg.
Passion for fashion and customer self-expression.

Responsibilities

Own the Sales Game: drive revenue by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos.
Piercing Excellence: assist with piercing process training and aftercare guidance in a sterile setting.
Maintain an Insta-worthy store with great displays, organized inventory, and easy shopping layouts.
Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team and share successful sales tips.
Represent the Claire's brand, stay current with fashion trends, and suggest products to boost sales.
Oversee store operations including cash handling, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotions.
