Job summary

Casper is seeking a Part-Time Store Supervisor at Mall of America in Minneapolis, MN to help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager and Associate Manager, while delivering a customer-focused shopping experience. You will mentor the sales team, uphold visual standards, manage inventory and training, and drive a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Availability at least 2 days per week, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a people leader in retail or hospitality, with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional leadership, talent development, adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong service excellence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager/Associate Manager, including store opening/closing and maintaining visual standards.
• Lead and advise the sales team on a goal-driven, customer-centric approach.
• Uphold a culture of ownership and continuous improvement on the floor.
• Maintain training standards with product and systems knowledge.
• Improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Ensure product/promotion scheduling aligns with Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and cycle counts.
