PacSun in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line driven store. This role requires coaching, accountability, and a passion for fashion.

You’ll supervise floor operations, maintain visuals, and ensure safety and policy compliance while driving engagement and KPI results. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures staff deliver an engaging experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, solving for yes where possible.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and a safe environment.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate performance.
• Supports associate engagement through recognition and rewards.
• Ensures understanding of company directives and standards; delegates tasks to meet needs.
