Job summary

Ashley Stewart, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to oversee store operations during your shift in our Miami, FL location. You will lead Sales Associates, drive sales, and coordinate merchandising and customer experience to meet financial goals.

You will act as manager-on-duty in the store manager's absence, support scheduling grass-root events, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply retail math principles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed financial plan.
• Assist Store Manager in evaluating business and improving results.
• Assist in scheduling grass-root events each quarter.
• Serve as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store merchandising, displays and inventory control.
