Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, driving sales and ensuring top‑notch customer service.

You will organize merchandise, oversee shipments, and train staff on store policies. The role emphasizes upselling, brand representation, and maintaining a welcoming, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Deliver consistent sales performance and customer service.
• Organize merchandise and back stock for optimal placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work area.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
• Upsell customers on products and accessories.
• Maintain brand standards and loss prevention practices.
