You’ll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to execute promotions, manage operations, and foster a team that thrives on pop culture and philanthropy.

This role requires 1–2 years of retail management experience, strong communication and scheduling skills, and a passion for giving back.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and engage customers through promotions and social media.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store, balancing ops and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to hit targets.
• Merchandise store and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
