Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead to open and close the store, support sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling day-to-day store operations. This entry-level leadership role supports the Store Manager by executing customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that reflect the Kontoor brand.

The role emphasizes building brand loyalty through product knowledge, managing fittings, and contributing to store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: Uphold high retail standards and deliver a positive in-store experience.
• Initiate conversations with customers, learn interests, and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and promote loyalty enrollment through suggestive selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep floor clean and well-stocked, and process transactions with accuracy.
• Leads and supports store operations, including opening/closing, freight processing, and POS integrity, as directed by leadership.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of leadership, assists with onboarding and training new team members to ensure high service standards.
