Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager in New Hampshire to support the Store Manager with account management, sales, and exceptional customer service at one of our retail partner locations.

You will promote Acima’s Lease-To-Own terms, process applications, and help convert inquiries into credit customers while working closely with partner stores and customers. Weekly pay is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web channels, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Listen to and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application processes.
• Close sales by converting applications in-store and online.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operational aspects.
• Communicate with the Store Manager about store performance.
