Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and deliver outstanding customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead the crew when managers are offsite, handle opening/closing, stock shelves, price merchandise, and uphold confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience.

This role offers part-time hours (29 per week) with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour, reflecting geography and experience, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
