Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lynchburg to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and organize merchandise from delivery to floor while maintaining decor and stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain loss prevention practices.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
