Kindthread is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in Pittsburgh to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage certain store operations, and help execute business strategies in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include supporting the sales plan, supervising budgets and payroll controls, and leading by example with our core values. Openings and closings will be part of duties.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time schedule: 15–29 hours weekly.

Mansioni

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and personal goals.
• Support managing budgets, payroll control and procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales results.
• Act as manager on duty and coach/train team members.
• Lead through core values and foster a high-performance culture.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
