Vineyard Vines in Scottsdale is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver a premium customer experience. You’ll coach and develop team members, open and close the store, and ensure the floor is guest-ready with fresh inventory and standout presentation.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of retail leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for the Vineyard vines brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and a love for the Vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented and professional with time management.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store goals.
• Host the party and communicate Vineyard Vines core values to customers.

• Execute the fundamentals of the door-to-floor concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory.
• Focus on people development and training through coaching and onboarding.
