Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Southaven, MS is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to support store leadership and help coach the team on the sales floor. You will contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment and ensure everyday operations run smoothly during your shifts.

You’ll help staff with training, open/close duties, and uphold the brand through exceptional service, product presentation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident and professional.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet or exceed store goals and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Host the party and communicate Vineyard Vines core values to customers.
• Lead and train team members to ensure excellent product presentation and processes.
