Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Third Keyholder to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection and completing sales, and support daily store operations under the Store Manager.

The role involves guiding team on operating procedures, maintaining inventory, assisting with deliveries, and opening/closing duties when needed. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Education for the role includes a high school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience in management within retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with merchandise and transactions.
• Support store operations and assist the Store Manager with daily activities.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
