Job summary

Brixton LLC is seeking a part-time Keyholder for our Ontario, California stores. You will deliver a premium Brixton brand experience, lead the sales team, and help drive store performance across 4 days per week, 4–8 hour shifts, including at least one weekend day.

The role requires strong customer service, POS system experience (Shopify, Stocky), and the ability to open/close the store, report sales, and maintain store standards. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Lead the retail sales team to meet store sales goals.
• Oversee checkout experience at the cash wrap.
• Accurately complete sales reporting and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Protect store assets and follow loss prevention protocols.
