Job summary

Cotton On Group in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open/close, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will process sales, help with inventory, and maintain safety standards while supporting loss prevention and training new associates.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policies.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
