Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to join our store team in Lakewood, CA. This role opens and closes the store, manages the cash register, assists customers, and supports daily sales operations with a focus on accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store presentation, restocking, and completing opening/closing checklists. Prior retail experience and a positive, proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or related field experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and assist with sales and product questions.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise and promotions across the floor.
