Family Dollar in South Charleston, Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

We value friendly, reliable team players with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required, and the role offers flexible part-time scheduling in a retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repeated movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
