Job description

Position Details

Type: Part-Time
Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
Starting Wage: $17.50/hour
Wage Progression: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 4 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50

Key Duties

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and data
• Process customer transactions and perform cleaning duties
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback
• Assist with inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses

Stocker-Specific Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness
• Follow planograms for merchandising
• Organize inventory and handle equipment safely

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift (up to 45 pounds), and walk throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and interpret company policies
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment safely
• Availability for early morning shifts as needed

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
