Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. seeks a part-time University Store Sales Associate in Cedar Falls, IA. You will assist customers, handle cash transactions, process donations, and help with stocking and merchandising to ensure an appealing store environment.

Preferred candidates are at least 16 years old with strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service at the store entrance.
• Operate cash register; ensure customers are not waiting in line longer than 15 seconds.
• Assist with donations, loading/unloading and sorting merchandise.
• Stock, grade, and merchandise new goods; rotate products on the floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety across areas.
• Assist with forklift operations where trained and allowed.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
