Job summary

ALDI is hiring part-time store associates to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team to create an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 25–29 hours per week with starting wages at $19.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases over time. Candidates should be able to lift items up to 45 pounds and comply with store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18+.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment (POS, handheld devices, cash registers).
• Stock shelves and merchandise to Planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist curbside pickup and checkout lanes as needed.
