ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 25-29 hours per week with starting wage of $19.00 per hour and scheduled increases through Year 5. Must be able to meet availability, including weekends, and perform duties with or without accommodations.

Formación

• Experience delivering prompt, courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and scanning.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsabilidades

• Model and follow customer service principles and escalate concerns.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assist management in achieving total loss goals.
• Maintain store zones and merchandising standards.
• Operate POS system and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately.
• Follow safety, cleaning and company policies.
