Job summary

ALDI Brand is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and general store upkeep. You’ll help create a positive shopping experience and work closely with the ALDI team to meet customer needs.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with scheduled increases in Year 2–Year 5, and anticipated 25–29 hours per week. This in-store role requires 18+ age, flexibility, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Able to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Good communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Reliable to attend shifts as scheduled, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Merchandise and stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and process returns calmly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Open additional check lanes when needed to ensure smooth checkout.
